When the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics forecast that 50% of the current insurance workforce will retire in the next 15 years, we knew that something needed to change. With more than 400,000 open positions to fill, it was clear that the previously untold story of insurance needed to be shouted from the rooftops.
MyPath was created by a group of risk management and insurance corporations, non-profits, and educational institutions as a one-stop-shop to educate job seekers on the many benefits of working in risk management and insurance as well as the various paths that exist to get started in an insurance career.
